Agile is one of the current buzzwords and there are many opinions on what it is and how you do it.
Since configuration management provides the infrastructure for software development, it is important that the development method used is understood so you can work with the method and not against it. Some things that work wonders for a waterfall method would not work at all for an agile method.
We will also briefly look at how we in the practice of configuration management can absorp some of the agile concepts and principles to create "agile configuration management".
