The growing availability of skilled and low-cost resources in Asian countries has changed the dynamics of Software development especially in medium-large companies.
We are moving from a Software development based in the same place to a development on several sites in different continents. We are thus faced with new challenges both for the control of the quality of the code and its configuration control.
For this Open Space, I would like to collect the team experience on processes and tools and to discuss the best practices for the management of those new resources.
