Title: Lean development and SCM

I will begin with a short introduction to reasons for doing Lean or Agile development, then I will run through the values in Lean development and discuss how they can/should be applied to CM.

Furthermore, I would like to look at and discuss how the four canonical activities of CM are affected by/affect the Lean concepts to get a different perspective of the same thing.
