Developing in small scale projects bring their own set of difficulties compared to larger projects. Most notably is the lack of support structures and the fact that investements may not have time to pay off. With these problems, is it possible to move towards continuous delivery, what are the requirements to do so and what is the role of the configuration manager in all of this?
