Title: SCM Jeopardy...

Most of you are probably familiar with what Jeopardy is. A show where the game-master says: "1666!" and the contestants are supposed to reply: "What year was Lund University founded?". Narrowing the concept of Jeopardy down to the domain of SCM, it could be that the game-master says: "Baselines!" - and the contestants are supposed to reply: ".....". Well, what are the contestants supposed to reply?

We can probably not agree on one single reply stating why "Baselines" is the perfect solution or answer to a problem or question. In most cases we are able to solve several different problems with the concept of baselines, so there will - just like in the case with "1666!" - be several correct replies.

I would like to invite you to a game of SCM Jeopardy. I hope that you will leave the meeting with a broader view of what problems different SCM concepts, principles and solutions can solve. As a teacher of SCM, I hope that I will get a broader range of motivations for why my students should find the "things" that SCM can provide interesting and valuable.

I have a couple of more concepts (answers/solutions) to get the game started, but if you have some SCM concepts and principles that you would like to propose as "Jeopardy statements/answers/solutions" you are more than welcome to bring them to the meeting - or send them to me by email.
