Title: White paper release party

Last year Erik and Laroy finished and presented their Master's thesis "Software Configuration Management in a DevOps context" just in time before Covid broke loose. There was quite an interest for their work, so during the pandemic we have been working - on distance - on summarizing, focusing and extending their results in a (shorter) white paper. We now feel that we are ready to baseline the product and release it to the general public.

We want to celebrate that by throwing a virtual release party. A short event with primarily a social focus, but also with a configuration management contents. The agenda for the release party will be the following:

• Welcome
• White paper summary presentation
• Short Q&A / discussion
• Release - "push the button"
• Next step
• Social mingling

If you want to be one of the first to know where our white paper is published (and get hold of a copy), you have to show up and help us celebrate that we have finally arrived. Otherwise you will have to wait for the "official" announcement that will go out after the release party.
