I would like to discuss the management of the cultural/organizational transition needed from a more traditional to an agile approach - and share my experience on the current project.

I would like to understand the experiences of other configuration managers and their survival techniques in big projects with complex organizations. What can/should configuration managers do while the transition is still in progress and there exist a (chaotic) mix of traditional and agile?
