There are different opinions on how to organize the branches in non-complex software projects. There are those who aim for simplicity to speed up integration and those who prefer, even in these cases, to have a more elaborate structure which however requires an overhead for rebase and delivery operations.
For this Open Space I would like to present a real case and discuss with the team to get proposals with pros and cons.
