Social dinner:

There will be a social dinner at Kulturkrogen, Tegnérsplatsen 4, Lund the evening before the SCM day, wednesday 22nd at 19:30.

The menu offers the following choices:

Starter - one of:
- carpaccio from ox fillet with capers and garlic (carpaccio på oxfilé med kapris och vitlök)
or
- mozzarella caprese with basil and freshly ground pepper (mozzarellacaprese med basilika och nymald svartpeppar)

Main course - one of:
- veal entrecote, herbal butter and potato gratin (kolgrillad kalventrecote, örtagårdssmör och potatisgratäng)
or
- fillet of lemon sole (da. rødtunge) with salmon stuffing and shrimp sauce (laxfärserad bergtungsfilé med räksås och stenbitsfleuronger)

Dessert - one of:
- vanilla ice cream (vaniljglass med drambuidoppad espressobönor)
or
- chocolate mousse (chokoladmousse med punschdoftande vispgrädde)

Two glasses of wine of the house.

Coffee or tea.

The price is 400SEK and is NOT included in the registration fee.

Please indicate your choices when you register for the dinner - this will make things easier for the restaurant.
