About the presenters:
Joachim Nilsson
(Massive Multi User Regression Tests):
Joachim Nilsson graduated from LTH (Datateknik) in 1995. He now runs
Molybden AB, a consultancy specialized in software build and test
automation.
Knud Poulsen
(Breaking down the barriers to SCM renewal):
Knud is one of four founding partners at the Copenhagen based software
tools and processes company Switch-Gears ApS, where he helps clients "build
better software, faster". Switch-Gears has performed big-bang SCM renewal
for a long and growing list of clients, achieving startling productivity
gains in the process.
Prior to co-founding Switch-Gears he has worked at
Nokia for 9 years managing complex tools renewal projects, among them
adoption of Jenkins CI, Git SCM and Gerrit Code Review. Prior to joining
Nokia Knud worked in the biomedical device industry.

Lars Bendix
(Co-ordination in the Absence of Communication)
(Syllabus in SCM at University):
Lars Bendix is an associate professor at Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden. His main research interest
is software configuration management and how it can be used to support software development processes. He
is also interested in agile processes and their pedagogical use in software engineering education. He
received a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Aarhus University, Denmark in 1986 and a PhD Degree
from Aalborg University, Denmark in 1996.
Christian Wolfgang
(Can you do without traceability?):
Configuration manager and software developer Christian Wolfgang has been
working with several companies integrating different tools, ranging from version control
systems to memory debugging tools. Contributing with several plugins and
core changes to the Jenkins-CI project.
René Schaap
('Logistic challenge between the IT islands' - Globalisation and the digital challenge):
René Schaap has more than 35 years experience in IT projects. He has over 18 years of experience in the
field of Change & Configuration Management. René operates as principal SDLC process con-sultant for
SQS at international organisations, conducts CCM
trainings, and regularly presents his configuration management experience at national and international
conferences. Beside his consultancy task René has been for many years the president of the iNTernational
Certified Configuration Manager Association (iNTCCM), which is an
international and independent organisation promoting configuration management and certification of
configuration management professionals.
Christian Pendleton
(A Day in the Life of an SCM Person):
Christian Pendleton has been working with configuration management since
1994. He has always had a focus on process implementation and how CM
integrates with the development process. Christian has worked primarily in
large organisations with the complexity of numerous project members and
distributed development. He is also an appreciated teacher in configuration
management, distributed version control and in agile methodologies.
Today, Christian is a senior consultant at Softhouse Consulting Oresund
with a focus on CM in agile development processes.
